If you’re new to kettlebells, this is where you begin.
A guided entry into the foundations of your practice.

(If you already have kettlebell experience, you’re welcome to join drop-in sessions.)

Your Questions, Answered

  • You need no prior experience. This is a space where we intentionally develop strength through skill, starting with the First Pour. Progressions will be given for those with workout experience.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

  • Your time in the space is intentional. Each session is part of a shared rhythm- your presence matters.

    Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session, otherwise your session will be counted.

    If you’re unwell or something unexpected arises, reach out. We’ll always meet you with understanding while honoring the integrity of the space.

  • All memberships are for a minimum of 3 months with the billing set each month from time of purchase. If you need to cancel, we require a 30 days notice sent via email at info.beingtherapeutics.com. You’ll retain access through the end of your current cohort cycle.
