Train on your schedule while receiving the same level of coaching.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No experience is needed.
    If you’re new, you’ll begin with The First Pour- a guided entry into the foundations of your practice. From there, you’ll be supported as you progress.

  • Yes. As your practice evolves, you can shift into a different rhythm that better supports you.

  • Consistency is the foundation of this work.
    If you miss a session, we’ll support you in staying on track and maintaining your rhythm.

    To honor the space and others in the circle, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Late cancellations will be counted.

    If you’re unwell or something unexpected arises, reach out. We’ll always meet you with understanding while honoring the integrity of the space.

  • Membership is a commitment to your practice, with a 3-month minimum.

    After that, if you need to step away, we ask for 30 days’ notice via email.

    You’ll continue to have access through the end of your current cycle.
