Course Overview

Our kettlebell framework instills confidence and technical precision.

Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully structured to balance intensity with restoration.

We begin with intention setting and mindful warm-ups, progress through focused kettlebell training with breath awareness, and conclude with restorative practices that activate your parasympathetic nervous system. You'll leave each class stronger, calmer, and more connected - to yourself and your community.
